Initial Assessment + Plan
Your therapy journey begins with two important sessions; an assessment and a tailored plan.
First, an in-depth assessment explores your history and current situation to gain valuable insights into your needs. Then, a follow-up session uses these insights to develop clear recommendations and establish personalized therapy goals. Together, we'll create a shared understanding of your challenges and the path forward.
Mental Health Workshops
We design and deliver mental health workshops to help immprove the culture of mental health in your workplace building a resilient and happy workforce.
Mental Health & Diversity: An Intersectional Approach for Workplace Advocates
This workshop equips Mental Health First Aiders and Advocates with insights into the relationship between mental health and diversity. Participants will explore equity versus equality concepts, learn to identify unconscious biases affecting support, and develop strategies to address these biases when helping colleagues. The session provides understanding of how identity influences mental health experiences while offering practical tools for inclusive support.
Therapy Packages
With an assessment and plan in place we can offer flexible therapy packages designed to address your specific challenges and fit your needs.
Sessions last for 50 mins, are available in person from our Fleet street or Canary Wharf therapy rooms, from weekly to fortnightly according to your needs.
